
Ingredients for 6 persons :
• olive oil
• bird tongues
• tomato paste
• hot water
• black pepper
• the paprika
• salt
• vegetable or chicken broth
• you parsley
Preparation steps
- Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- Add the birds' tongues and a teaspoon of tomato paste.
- Add the hot water mixed beforehand with the broth (vegetable for a vegan soup, otherwise a chicken broth).
- Add the spices (black pepper, paprika, a little salt).
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
- Once the soup is ready, add finely chopped curly parsley.
- It is also possible to add precooked diced chicken or meat, or even peas.
