      • 4 chicken cutlets

      • 125g Blanched almonds

      • 40cl Liquid cream

      • 1 onion


      • 40g Butter

      • 2 tbsp. Almond powder

      • Salt

      • Pepper

      Preparation steps

      1. Peel the onion, chop it and fry it in a pan with the butter for a few minutes. Add the chicken cutlets. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 6 minutes on each side.
      2. Coat with liquid cream. Add the ground almonds, salt, pepper, mix and cook for a few minutes.
      3. Roast the almonds for a few minutes in a dry pan.
      4. Serve the cream chicken sprinkled with almonds.
