4 chicken cutlets
125g Blanched almonds
40cl Liquid cream
2 tbsp. Almond powder
- Calories = High
- Peel the onion, chop it and fry it in a pan with the butter for a few minutes. Add the chicken cutlets. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 6 minutes on each side.
- Coat with liquid cream. Add the ground almonds, salt, pepper, mix and cook for a few minutes.
- Roast the almonds for a few minutes in a dry pan.
- Serve the cream chicken sprinkled with almonds.
