    Chicken omelet




    • 8 eggs

    • 2 Chicken breasts

    • 0,5 bunch of cilantro

    • 2 sprigs of mint

    • 1 fresh chilli

    • 1 pinch sprouted seeds

    • 1 Lime

    • 3 tbsp. Nuoc-mam soup

    • 1 tbsp. Sugar

    • 2 tbsp. tablespoon roasted peanuts

    • 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil

    Preparation steps

    1. Dice the chicken breasts. Crack and whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken cubes in it for a few minutes. When they are golden, pour the eggs and cook the omelet according to your taste.
    2. Meanwhile, mix the chopped coriander and mint. In a bowl, mix the lime juice, sugar and nuoc-mam. Pour over the salad.
    3. Place the rolled omelet on a platter. Serve sprinkled with salad, minced pepper, sprouted seeds and peanuts.
