3 tbsp. Nuoc-mam soup
1 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. tablespoon roasted peanuts
2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil

Preparation steps
- Dice the chicken breasts. Crack and whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken cubes in it for a few minutes. When they are golden, pour the eggs and cook the omelet according to your taste.
- Meanwhile, mix the chopped coriander and mint. In a bowl, mix the lime juice, sugar and nuoc-mam. Pour over the salad.
- Place the rolled omelet on a platter. Serve sprinkled with salad, minced pepper, sprouted seeds and peanuts.
