1 Chicken cut into pieces
6 small artichokes with pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 untreated lemon
1 bouquet garni
5cl Alcohol vinegar
3 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
1 tbsp. coffee Coriander seeds
- Calories = Low
- Fill a small basin with cold water, add the spirit vinegar. Trim the leaf tips from the artichokes. Split the artichokes into 4 lengthwise. Remove the hay and immediately plunge them into the vinegar water to prevent them from turning black.
- Peel and seed the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Take the zest, then squeeze the lemon. Brown the chicken pieces in hot oil.
- Remove the chicken pieces and instead sauté the artichoke wedges. Add the onion, garlic, tomato zest and pulp. Put the chicken pieces back, add the bouquet garni, the coriander seeds, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
Tips and tricks for Stir-fried chicken with artichokes
Made the day before, this recipe will be even better. To reheat it, place all the ingredients in a sheet of parchment paper and close it like a foil. Then slide 30 min in the oven. 3 (90°C).
