500g Chicken breasts
3 medium onions
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 garlic clove
5cl soy sauce
5cl Oyster sauce
3cl White wine
1tbsp. tablespoon Oil

- Prepare the marinade: in a bowl, mix the peeled and minced garlic clove with the peeled and grated ginger, pepper, soy sauce and white wine.
- Cut the chicken into cubes. Peel the onions and cut them into pieces. Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of chicken and onion and put them in a dish. Pour the marinade, mix well, cover and leave to cool for about 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the skewers for 1 min on each side. Pour in the oyster sauce and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Accompany with pickled ginger and serve with green beans and rice.
