    Chicken with oyster sauce




    • 500g Chicken breasts

    • 3 medium onions

    • 1 small piece of fresh ginger

    • 1 garlic clove

    • 5cl soy sauce

    • 5cl Oyster sauce

    • 3cl White wine

    • 1tbsp. tablespoon Oil

    • Pepper

    Preparation steps

    1. Prepare the marinade: in a bowl, mix the peeled and minced garlic clove with the peeled and grated ginger, pepper, soy sauce and white wine.
    2. Cut the chicken into cubes. Peel the onions and cut them into pieces. Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of chicken and onion and put them in a dish. Pour the marinade, mix well, cover and leave to cool for about 1 hour.
    3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the skewers for 1 min on each side. Pour in the oyster sauce and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
