
Ingredients for 4 persons :
• 8 slices of white bread
• 1 buffalo mozzarella ball
• 1 tomato
• 4 slices of chicken breast
• olive oil
• fresh or dehydrated basil
Preparation steps
- Lightly oil each slice of bread on both sides.
- Cut the tomato and the mozzarella into slices.
- Cut each slice of chicken breast into four.
- On four slices of sandwich bread, place four pieces of chicken breast, then a slice of mozzarella.
- Pour a few drops of olive oil then a basil leaf or a few dehydrated pieces.
- Finish with a slice of tomato. Repeat the operation for each bite.
- Cook in a sandwich maker for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Enjoy alone or with a salad.
