    Croque chicken tomato mozzarella


    Ingredients for 4 persons :

    • 8 slices of white bread
    • 1 buffalo mozzarella ball
    • 1 tomato
    • 4 slices of chicken breast
    • olive oil
    • fresh or dehydrated basil

    Preparation steps

    1. Lightly oil each slice of bread on both sides.
    2. Cut the tomato and the mozzarella into slices.
    3. Cut each slice of chicken breast into four.
    4. On four slices of sandwich bread, place four pieces of chicken breast, then a slice of mozzarella.
    5. Pour a few drops of olive oil then a basil leaf or a few dehydrated pieces.
    6. Finish with a slice of tomato. Repeat the operation for each bite.
    7. Cook in a sandwich maker for 5 to 7 minutes.
    8. Enjoy alone or with a salad.
