- Chop the chilli very finely. Strip and chop the tarragon.
- Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil, tarragon, chilli, salt and pepper.
- Put the chicken to marinate in this preparation for 2 hours in the fridge, after filming.
- Drain the marinade and cook the chicken in a very hot skillet, browning it on both sides, until cooked through.
