      Tex-Mex chicken skewers




      • 6 chicken cutlets

      • 20cl Sunflower oil

      • 5cl lemon juice

      • Salt

      • Pepper

      • 1 tbsp. tex-mex spices

      Preparation steps

      1. Cut the meat into cubes as evenly as possible for even cooking.
      2. Put the meat in a dish.
      3. Mix the oil with the lemon, a little salt and pepper and the spices.
      4. Baste the meat with this preparation and film the dish.
      5. Put in the refrigerator for the night.
      6. The next day, put the meat on skewers and cook.
      7. Serve with potatoes, also cooked on the barbecue.
